At long last, it’s back with its final part, where I’m ranking the top 3 best Crazies and one Crazy+. Neutrals will only shown if there’s something I could find is okay. Starting with Crazy+.
Rustic Jungle
Star Rating: Mid Crazy+ (⭐️6.5)
Personal Rating: Low-Mid Crazy+ (⭐️6.45)
First is Rustic Jungle, a map that has gone pretty overhated. At first, this map is okay at its first day of release, but then I pretty enjoy some of it as I keep playing it, not caring about fails. As you would heard before you get mad, of course, I love Rustic Jungle. This map can be stressful at first, but it can be fun once you get used to it. The biggest thing that benefits me to this map is that this map is Sightreadable. I could know where to go without being confused, which fits the difficulty very well. And the OST, which was one of the best in the community, helps with the map too. Rustic Jungle, of course, has optimization and consistency issues when it comes to parkour choices, especially the truss part where players die most of the time, and that long jump before the tower section which I struggle more than the truss. But overall, this map is not just pretty fun. It’s pretty funny as players complain due to their skill issues.
Pros:
(+++) OST slaps.
(++) Intensity and engagement is great.
(++) Enjoyable gameplay as I get used to it.
(++) Excellent variety of parkours on each section.
(++) Great design.
(+) Good quality.
(+) Funny map (trolling is fun).
(+) Sightreadability fits the difficulty well.
(+) Intense atmosphere and aesthetics.
Cons:
(-) Inconsistent at times.
Scores: 113/150 (A+ Tier)
I originally have this at 98/150. This was changed as some aspects came out.
Active Volcanic Mines
Star Rating: Peak Crazy (⭐️5.9)
Personal Rating: High Crazy (⭐️5.77)
Next is Active Volcanic Mines. I do know there’s difficulty bias here, but this map completely defies that as this is definitely one of the most intense and engaging maps I’ve ever played. The sense of progression, the rising lava, and explosions, all put this map’s challenge into a whole new level. The OST did an amazing job with the gameplay, to create a satisfying and yet intense experience as the final section feels like ascending to heaven. The consistency and sightreading, which were both consistent enough to fit the map’s difficulty, helps with that too, allowing players to even beat the map consistently. I could put this at S tier, but there isn’t a lot to it, but regardless, I enjoyed playing this map.
Pros:
(+++) Extremely engaging and intense throughout the map.
(+++) OST slaps.
(++) Excellent gameplay.
(++) Great details and colours.
(++) Design and obstacle choices are well chosen.
(++) Atmosphere is great.
(+) Good variety of jumps.
(+) A good challenge.
(+) Sightreadable and Consistent.
Cons:
(-) Not a lot more pros I could tell.
Scores: 115/150 (A+ Tier)

Blue Moon
Star Rating: Low-Mid Crazy (⭐️5.4)
Personal Rating: Low-Mid Crazy (⭐️5.42)
Blue Moon is one of the OG Crazies (being the first Crazy to be added in main FE2), and definitely one of the most engaging I’ve ever experienced. I always have a great time playing this map, as there’s a lot of unique style of obstacles that enhance the intensity into a new level, and it’s even better when you take corner cuts and shortcuts on this map. And that’s the big reason why this map is so enjoyable. I really love the map’s theme and its own ideas, as creating obstacles that balance the difficulty, while remaining sightreadable. The only problem is that this map’s optimization isn’t the best, as some boxes (especially those at the staircase one) can be a headhitting nightmare. I originally had this at A+ Tier, but oh, this map is so engaging it made me wanna play it again.
Pros:
(+++) Gameplay is at another level.
(+++) The OST.
(+++) Extremely engaging and intense throughout the map.
(+++) Design is fire (unique obstacles).
(++) Map is really fun to take corner cuts and shortcuts.
(++) Excellent theme.
(++) The intense atmosphere.
(++) Variety of jumps, twist and turns, and sense of progression.
(+) Sightreadable.
(+) Difficulty is well balanced.
Cons:
(-) Map’s optimization isn’t the best due to headhitting boxes that can mess up players sometimes.
Scores: 132/150 (S Tier)
One of the best OGs.
Poisonous Chasm
Star Rating: Bottom-Low Crazy (⭐️5.2)
Personal Rating: Low Crazy (⭐️5.31)
And finally, my favourite Crazy map, this is Poisonous Chasm. This map, like the previous ones, can be very engaging and intense, but this one has other upsides. This map did a great job when it comes to varieties, where the OST, which is obviously one of the best, has variety of instruments that I really like, the jumps are well balanced. And the design is simple, but excellent, as this map’s design keeps its details simple and not overdetail the layout, which is a great idea as this makes players know where to go. The terrain is pretty good, going from rocky walls, to lands with vegetation that gives this map life, which I like. No matter how many times I’ve played, this one never fails. Overall, this one is a completely successful experiment of a map when it comes to its own design ideas of keeping the map both consistent and gorgeous that I always enjoyed as I like in comparisons and aspects, giving this one a well deserved SS Tier.
Pros:
(+++) My gameplay’s at another level.
(+++) Fire design.
(+++) The OST.
(++) Very engaging.
(++) Excellent variety of jumps and objects.
(++) Dark and intense atmosphere and aesthetics.
(++) Simple terrain that keeps the map sightreadable and not awkward for players.
(++) Layout experience feels life.
(+) Balanced in difficulty that serves this as the first Crazy new players try to beat.
(+) Consistent.
(+) Replayable for me.
Cons:
Nope.
Scores: 146/150 (SS Tier)
No surprises here. Also, don’t dare complaining this one.
Crazy & Crazy+ Maps Total Count:
SS Tier: 1
S Tier: 1
A+ Tier: 4
A Tier: 1
B-D Tiers: 0
F Tier: 1
Crazy is probably the second highest ranked difficulty, as there’s many excellent maps, although there are a couple of maps that have quite amount of issues. Now that my series is done, I will close the topic of FE2 rankings (Highlights continued) and going about my map beats or something else.
